1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the FOUND4248 online store.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing your order.
FOUND4248 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time the order is placed.
2. Products & Availability
We carefully select and produce our collections in limited quantities.
All product descriptions, images, colours and measurements are presented as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and we will refund the amount paid.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices shown on the website are in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Payment must be completed before an order can be processed. We use secure payment methods to protect your payment and personal information.
4. Orders
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation contains an overview of the products ordered, the total amount and the delivery information provided by you.
Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.Orders are shipped with DHL or PostNL, depending on the destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €8.95. International shipping costs depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.
If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within the applicable return period.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and with all original tags and hangtags attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The statutory right of withdrawal cannot be limited by our own return policy. If an item is returned in a condition that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try the product, the consumer may be responsible for any resulting loss in value.

7. Exchanges
If the size of an item is not right, please contact us. We are happy to discuss the available options with you and arrange the exchange together.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs paid for the original order are non-refundable. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not required to be refunded.
9. Quality & Legal Guarantee
FOUND4248 stands behind the quality of its products.
Consumers are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee applicable to their purchase. This means that a product should meet the expectations that a consumer may reasonably have of it, taking into account its nature, description, price and normal use.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the expected quality, please contact us at info@found4248.com and provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
We will assess the issue and work with you towards an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the country where the consumer resides.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that consumers have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
